Low carbohydrate scones from coconut flour. Butter can be substituted with coconut oil.


Ingredients

  • 500 Millilitres
    Coconut Flour
  • 100 Grams
    Softened butter
  • 8 Pieces
    Eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons
    Sucralose based sweetener
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well together.

  2. Form into 12 - 16 balls and flatten to about 1 - 1.2 cm thickness

  3. Bake in the oven at 200 C (180 C Fan) for about 15 minutes, until the scones start to brown.
